This guidance relates to the Summative written assignment.
Select one aspect of clinical nursing practice and using a reflective model of your choice, provide an overview of person-centred care underpinned by Evidence Based Practice.
Structure:
Please ensure your structure follows the reflective model of choice. Sub-headings can be used.
You should have a clear Introduction and conclusion.
Pay attention to grammar, spelling and syntax throughout your work. Proof reading can minimise these.

Introduction – include reflection, person centred care and evidence-based practice and confidentiality.
Reflection – using a model of your choice reflect on an aspect of care or scenario from your first placement. Use relevant references to demonstrate person-centred care and Evidence based practice.
Conclusion – Nothing new should be included in your conclusion. This should be a summary of the key points from your reflection.
