The key areas that could be covered in the survey paper are foundation and development of enterprise information systems, how computing strategies can enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises, and the state-of-the-art IT technologies and their roles in implementing enterprise computing strategies.
You are required to write a survey paper that summarizes and analyses an existing scientific or technological area (see suggested list of topics/areas above) in a logical way. It should introduce the topic area, discuss literature published within the area that you have found via a systematic search process, compare different methods/techniques within the topic area as published in the reviewed literature, and reflect on/evaluate/critique the methods/techniques as reviewed.
Your survey paper (literature review) should provide readers with an insightful overview of existing scientific results or technical applications. the paper should include at least 12 referenced papers relevant to the selected topic. At least 7 references should be from journals and conferences on computing and business applications.
