A leadership topic i would like you to disccus is FAMILY and how i took leadership with my YOUNGER siblings MY MOTHER
had gotten ill when i was 15 , passed away when i was 16 died from stage 4 stomach cancer me bieng the oldest sibing out of 4 i had to step up in many ways i ever imagine for example bieng more emotinoly availbe for them helping them with school as well as life problems if anything goes wrong they call me to handel it My mother always encouraged us to stay in school
even on her last days she wanted us to go to school it was very important to here that we graduate highschool and go to
college because she was a first generation person who went to college and my only parent who went to scholl out my mom
and my dad and NOW that time has passed i have graduted highschool with honors and on my second year in college
IMPORTANT – I FEAL LIKE THIS ENCOURAGES ME TO GRADUATE AND GO AFTER MY GOALS MORE BECASUE THIS WAS
