Hi, Im doing a group essay and each group member is responsible to write one body paragraph with 2 point, proof and significances/comment, rather than 3 body paragrapgh in a normal essay. We are writing an essay about the book “The wars” by Timothy Findley. The thesis is stated below and thetheme is Robert Ross endures guilt that stems from trauma he faced which shapes his identity. I would like you to write/argue about how his sexuality relates to the thesis. I found two points in the book that do that, to make it easier for you. The two points are: having violent sex with Barbara and Spying on the character Taffler.
THIS IS THE THESIS:
In Timothy Findley’s novel, The Wars, Robert Ross endures guilt that stems from trauma he faced which shapes his identity through his masculinity, sexuality, status as a soldier, and connection to his sister, Rowena.
THIS IS THE INSTRUCTIONS THE PROFESSR GAVE:
2. Developing Your Arguments:
Each member of the group is responsible for developing ONE body paragraph (with 2 point, proof, significances, rather than 3) that plugs into the group’s thesis. If you have three group members, there will be three body paragraphs. If you have four group members, there will be four body paragraphs. So, essentially, each group member is a walking BODY PARAGRAPH.
*Please be sure these ideas, examples from the text, and the significance analysis are creative and intelligent. Go beyond superficial analysis. Dig deep!
*You must use textual support from The Wars (paraphrased examples and/or quotations) to support your arguments. Be sure to include citations. 2. Developing Your Arguments:
