For Case 3.1 (A Strained Research Team):
Identify the challenge and its causes and the paradoxes to address.
Summarize the problem or challenge faced and any identified cause(s). Remember the problem is often observable (an end result).
Determine all the facts of each case – but only those facts that might be relevant to the solution of a particular problem. State any assumptions.
State the paradox faced in making a balanced decision or coming up with a balanced approach for recommending a solution or recommended steps to take.
In making any recommendations and suggesting steps to take, you should reflect on the challenge and its causes.
Use the following guidelines to aid you in answering your 3 case questions:

Do not exceed 3 pages, single-spaced.
Answer all 3 case questions fully (number your responses)- show a detailed application of Chapter 3 concepts.
Provide detailed illustrations and support statements with examples from the case.
Ensure that you include 4 or more external sources (no Wikipedia or blogs or website link – use research published in an academic or practitioner journal, trade magazine, or reputable online publication).
Use the APA format for citing the research used and providing a reference list.
