The Problem: If H.R.’s responsibility is to increase the organization’s productivity and look after the welfare of employees, why do employees hate or avoid going to the Human Resources department? Provide six reasons employees hate or avoid the H.R. department. How do these problems significantly hurt the organization’s performance (or even lead to bankruptcy)? Are there any areas of the H.R. department that would significantly improve the company’s performance? What kinds of investment would be required to address the problem?
5. Recommendation: Please provide solid, sound recommendations for these six reasons employees hate or avoid the H.R. department. What can H.R. professionals do to improve how employees regard Human Resources Department? Provide a short justification for each recommendation explaining why the recommendation would ameliorate the problem.
