2) What conclusions does Cawthon make about The Great Man Theory? Does he believe that there is some validity to the theory? Why or why not?
3) How does The Great Man Theory compare against behavioral approaches to leadership (as described in section 12.3 of our class textbook)? Given what you have read on this topic, is leadership more about the behaviors that are in a leader’s control, the fixed traits they are born with, or a combination of the two? Please be sure to clearly describe your position on the debate that surrounds leaders being born or made.
