journal articles in your Annotated Bibliography. The goal is to summarize what is known about hypothesis/and 
or research questions based on your literature search. 
Guidelines: In 2-3 pages using APA or MLA format, students should provide a succint but through overview of 
their research topic and objectives. Refer to the extended abstract template for further guidance on crafting 
your paper.
The major sections of this paper include:
Introduction and Research Objective. In a paragraph, explain the research topic is a relevant and timely area of 
investigation. The goal of this section is to grab the readers interest in the research topic.
Literature review. This section is an overview of the existing research and theory related to the topic. The goal 
is to connect several articles from the literature search and highlight how the topic is different or unique from 
the past work. 
Hypothesis and/or Reserach Questions. Write at least 2 hypthesis and/or research questions based on prior 
studies summarized in the literature review and variables indetified in the research objective. 
References. Include a reference section in APA or MLA formatting
