In one paragraph, describe the nature of the firm’s business (i.e., industry). The firm can be named or it can remain anonymous. Describe the firm’s vision/mission/purpose statement, business objectives, and/or core values, followed by a definitive identification of the firm’s strategy (i.e., identify which of the generic strategies identified by Porter your firm follows), etc. Most, if not all, of this paragraph can come from Written Assignment 2.

Describe the process for identifying training needs. Describe how the identified needs align with the firm’s vision/mission/purpose statement, business objectives, core values, and/or strategy.
