First part, select a recent (2020-2023) People’s republic of china case in relating to thetopic of Fiduciary duties of Directors, Independent Directors,
Supervisors or Controlling shareholder
Must-have content in introduction:
❖ where you found the case (database or other source),
❖ court and year the case is decided,
❖ summary of material fact of the case,
❖ the legal issue,
❖ the decision made by the court and
❖ the legal reasoning process of the court.

second part, comment on the case, by citing materials collected from the
relevant research they are expected to perform.
Materials may include other similar P.R.C. cases over the same issue, or cases from other jurisdiction (e.g. Hong Kong) over the same issue, as well as arguments made by journal articles, textbooks, reference books over the same topic.
