Creating like a tool towards Self management, depending if we choose to use the workbook to support nurses working with individuals living with the condition, we can create like a communication guideline that will enhance the care provided by the nurse to individuals with Osteoarthritis or how individuals can manage their Osteoarthritis pain.
* Learning outcomes 1-5 should be discussed in accordance; accordingly 1,2,3,4 &5.
* Start with an introduction, the Long term condition which is Osteoarthritis, infuse the learning outcomes that would be discussed.
