For this week’s discussion, I really wanted us to take a real-life approach based upon our past 3 years of life: the COVID-19 Crisis. I am interested in hearing your thoughts on how processes and systems we discuss in this chapters, such as rapid instructional design, agile design, just in time training, LMS systems, big data and the use of wearables may have impacts and uses in our businesses during this crisis.
