Research Question: Does a younger population feel more comfortable exploring art therapy versus an older population?
Hypothesis: The younger population will be more comfortable than the older population.
Method: Participants would be welcome to join at any complete table with the supplies needed to execute the objective of painting your stress and your happiness. When finished, they would be encouraged to hang their mini canvases on the corresponding side of the board. There are no other parameters during the activity. After completing the art, the art therapist will lead a short group discussion about the participant’s experience. They will then be asked to complete a brief survey to assess their attitudes toward art therapy.
