This is a journal article review that follows a very specific format, as follows:
Title (State the exact title of the article)
Introduction (must be 300 words)
• What was the general topic of the article?
• What did previous research show about this issue?
• What was the goal of this particular study?
• What specific hypotheses were tested?
• What was the rationale for these hypotheses?
Methods (must be 150 words)
• What type of research design was used?
• Who were the participants in the study?
• How were the data collected?
Results (must be 150 words)
• What statistical tests were performed?
• What were the outcomes of these tests?
Discussion (must be 300 words)
• What specific findings were reported?
• Were the hypotheses supported?
• What was the general conclusion of the article?
• What were some strengths and weaknesses of the study?

The paper does not have to be written in any formal format, and the only source required is the journal article itself (I have attached it.) As you can see above, each section has specific questions that need to be answered, but the questions do not need to be answered in a 1., 2., 3., etc. format. You can just write a paragraph (or several) and include the answers to the questions.
