i am doing a dissertation about how mergers and acquistion effect the management framework. 

i will need you to do the results/ findings / analysis & evalutaion section. 
You need to find 6-9 companies that have gone through mergers and acquistion and talk about how it has effected the management framework after the merge has happened. you can look into annual reports to see if there is an employee section, you can see if business were more successful after the merge. Go into A LOT OF IN-DEPTH DETAIL about the companys statistcs on mergers and its employee section. My method is QUANTITAIVE SECONDARY data so analyse alot of previous research. Tables, graphs, histograms alot of those to represent data to make it look presentable. DONT NEED TO WRITE about the companys as i will do that in the introduction. YOU are just doing the rests section of the dissertation. if its abig unclear i can send you the start of the dissertation so you can understand the flow
