I am currently working on Chapter 3 of my Master’s thesis. The thesis is on the lived experiences of US Coast Guard-connected children/brats. I conducted 14 interviews, 7 with Coast Guard children and 7 with children from other military branches. All interview subjects are now middle aged adults. I interviewed the 7 Coast Guard brats after interviewing the others.
I will post up my Outline, which can be used to help with the rewrite. Please do not change the themes. Use as much information from the summaries as you can, especially the usage of quotes and other information gathered from the summaries. I have roughly 15 pages written, but I need it expanded.
Following the ending of each theme, I will need a 1-3 paragraphs written about how the coast guard experiences differ from those interviewed from other military branches (I will post those summaries later…don’t worry about writing these comparisions yet).
