U.S. History Recovery Project
As a way to earn back credit for your low performing units this year, you will
have the opportunity to show mastery of the unit content. The grade you receive
on the recovery assignment will be averaged with your original test grade for that
unit. If you want to do more than one unit, that is allowed.
● You may do any of the units:
○ Unit 1: Colonization
○ Unit 2: The American Revolution
○ Unit 3: The Constitution
○ Unit 4: Westward Expansion
○ Unit 5: Civil War
○ Unit 6: Industrialization and Progressive Era
○ Unit 7: Imperialism and World War I
○ Unit 8: Great Depression and World War II
○ Unit 9: Cold War and Civil Rights
● You must complete BOTH parts of the recovery in order for the project to
be graded.
● No late assignments will be accepted: Due May 19th
● In class time will be given, however you may need to do some work at home.
○ Take advantage of Devil Pride Time study hall
