This course will provide students with an opportunity to create a plan for developing the abilities
associated with superior managerial performance. It will also provide an orientation to the self- directed,

Course Requirements:
Participation – Active participation benefits all. Shared experiences benefit all students. Be prepared to
participate in all sessions.
Absences – Absences, particularly from discussion forums, the online homework assignments and final
