Clearly our state is involved in a cultural, policy, practice, criminal justice
revolution in terms of the recent January 1, 2023, legalization of recreational
marijuana. Even though the Federal Government still classifies Marijuana as
an illegal drug, and the profits cannot be deposited into almost all banks,
California is proceeding with legalization, within limits. As people find out that
you are taking this course, they will be asking you for your opinion.
As a
scholar practitioner, I want you to develop a powerful presentation of pros
and cons of the legalization of marijuana, providing references to support
your positions.
Once your pros and cons are presented present a sort of
