The project is the creation of an online platform for the identification of the burnout of employees in mental health sector. The below parts are missing.
The current draft does not address sufficiently the issues
related to the title set, “A preliminary study on the feasibility of setting up
an online support service to avoid staff burnout on the mental health sector –
a case study approach”.
What seems to be missing at this stage is:-
- Literature review
related to the development and presentation of a feasibility study - Literature review
related to the case study approach and the manner in which this is
relevant to the study - Identification of the
core data required for the determination of the feasibility in terms of
design, development, production, operational, financing, marketing,
staffing, etc - Collection of the
relevant data on which to base the feasibility study and definition of the
parameters to be taken into account in establishing the feasibility of the
project.
I upload two files. The first one called summary_v2 has what is written until now and the second one has previous researches of burnout that need to be added to gether with the other items referred above.
