Guidelines for the Film Review

Read the file “Duke–Film Review” Don’t worry if you do not understand some of the technical jargon; simply try to get the gist of what a typical film review encompasses.

Read sample film reviews (“Ebert: Transformers II” and “Seitz–Inside Out”) These should give you a feel for the genre and a general idea of the basic information you should include in your review.

Write your film review on the 1978 film “Grease” and the 2018 film “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”.

Focus on any aspect of The film that sparks your interest or rouses you ire

Each review should be approximately 600 words adding to a total of 1,200 words.

Format your work according to MLA guidelines.
