For example: The purpose of the paper is to conduct an investigation into how the pandemic affected health care employer’s ability and responsibility to maintain workplace safety.  The final paper will cover (1) specific regulations and lawsuits that protect health care workers in light of the pandemic; (2) lawsuits that protect or limit the liability of health care employers.  The paper will also discuss legal issues that remain unresolved in light of future pandemics..

  3. Discuss any areas that are not been adequately addressed to protect employees or to protect employers liability.  You must support the above discussion with documentation.

  1. You are required to demonstrate that you have conducted appropriate research from scholarly resources.
  2. A minimum of five sources, (other than the textbook and Powerpoints) must be cited.  
  3. Citing must be proper.  You must cite throughout your paper as well as in a works cited section.
