Training and developing function of human resource management appeals to me because it help employees learn the skills they need in their current roles and introduce leadership skills and software knowledge they will need in the future.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college,minimum of 5 years professional work in the Human Resources function with client-facing responsibilities including employee/people leader development and performance management
Experience working with Workday.

Experience working in an HR Shared Services Model
Strong customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
