previously undertaken a series of performance analysis tests to determine
their readiness for the forthcoming competitive season including their
strengths and weaknesses (Table 1).

Task: Your report must complete both tasks below

1.       You have been tasked with providing a 2000-word performance
report that provides the athlete and their coach with a critical analysis and evaluation of the athlete’s performance and use the data presented above to determine their strengths and weaknesses of
the athlete.

2.      
The
athlete has asked you to identify and evaluate a battery of laboratory-based
performance tests that you would undertake with the athlete to monitor their
physiological responses to training. 

This
is an individual submission and the word limit for this assignment is 2000
(+10% permitted).

  research

Task 2

Identify
a series of performance tests you would undertake to determine the fitness
and performance levels of the athlete.

Provide
a strong rationale for the inclusion of the tests even if they have been used
to generate the present data. Evaluate your choice of physiological
assessments by using evidence to argue your choice of assessment (DO NOT provide protocols for your choice
of assessments).
