Jerry loses his job as a bus driver. While in a bar, a buddy states that he is planning to rob the First National Bank and needs a driver. Jerry agrees to drive the getaway car as long as no firearms are used. During the robbery, his buddy kills the security guard. Can Jerry be prosecuted under the felony-murder rule?
