Introduction
For this week’s assignment, you will write a paper that evaluates and synthesizes new and updated federal, states, and international laws that are related to generic organizations, including how these new or updated laws may impact organizations and consumers.
Instructions
Write a paper that includes the following information:
- Compile and describe at least three federal laws with updates in the last three years with an impact on organizations. Include the impact.
- Compile and describe at least three state laws that were updated in the last two years with an impact on any significant group of entities. Include the impact.
- Select at least two different organizations that are part of different industries and design solutions for their current and expected requirements for updated federal and state privacy laws and regulations. The solutions need to be well-crafted to show knowledge gained in course.
- Specify the potential for defense of critical resources in your solutions.
Length: 9 page paper, including a table that summarizes your information on existing federal cybersecurity laws. Length does not include title and reference page(s).
