2. You
are the senior Cryptologic Service Group SIGINT
analyst assigned to United States Forces Korea. You oversee multiple SIGINT
teams and are responsible for all elements that fall under the NSA umbrella.
•You
just received an emergency recall to immediately report in to work.
•As
you enter your office you see the J2 (Joint Intelligence, O-7 Military Officer)
and the J3 (Joint Operations, O-8 Military Officer) anxiously waiting for your
arrival.
•The
J2 informs you that a U2 is believed to have been shot down and a CSAR event
has been approved. The J3 immediately wants to know what happen to the aircraft
and what you can provide to operations for CSAR.
•In 20 minutes, you’ll be briefing the
USFK Commander, a three-star (O-9) General. Your task is to:
•Consider
