Success Factors for your facility;

•       Explain and discuss why the
chosen strategy for your department is aligned with the above-mentioned
directional strategy and critical success factors of
your facility;

•       Specify and discuss Strategic
Goals, Objectives and Tasks of your department’s strategic plan
as it related to your facility’s directional strategy; include a timeline and
needed resources, i.e., funding sources) that must be acquired to implement
your department’s strategic plan;

•       Identify and discuss Key
Performance Indicators related to your department strategic
plan;

•       What problems and possible
solutions you will encounter in implementing your plan;

•       How will the plan be
financed?

•        You are required to
demonstrate that you have conducted appropriate research from scholarly
resources. You must include clear examples of your chosen strategy as it has
been used at other health care facilities.

•        A minimum
of five peer reviewed sources, •         Citing must be proper (only use APA Method).  You must cite
throughout the Paper.
