Create a PowerPoint presentation for each of the four patients with special dietary needs listed below. (Note: You are required to submit a single presentation that includes all four patients, but should use separate slides to report on each of the patients.)

1. A 14-year-old female adolescent who was just diagnosed with Type I diabetes. She lives with her parents and three younger siblings and is very active in community sports.
2. A 45-year-old businessman who routinely travels out of town for work and has a high cholesterol level. His father died at age 56 from heart disease.
3. A 33-year-old obese woman who works full-time in a corporate office answering telephones.
4. An 85-year-old woman who has a poor appetite, has poor fitting dentures, and is living alone with no family members nearby.

For each patient, complete the following:

• Dietary requirements to maintain health based on their diagnosis, etc. Include either a sample diet plan or groups of foods that should be included in this patient’s diet.
• Education points and treatment plan specific to each of the patient’s needs.
• Three individual community service resources appropriate for each individual patient. Include how you would refer the patient to those resources and why you consider them valuable.
• Choose a dietary supplement for each patient and explain the function of that supplement. Include information about the risks and benefits of that supplement and how the supplement can help with disease prevention.

Requirements:

• The minimum slide requirement is 4 slides per scenario plus a reference slide, for a total minimum slide count of 17 slides.
• Your PowerPoint presentation should be professionally presented, be easy to read, and includ a reference page and follow APA guidelines. There must be a minimum of 4 slides per patient scenario.
• You must have a minimum of 6 professional references, and these references must be follow APA guidelines and be on a separate slide at the end of each of your presentations. This presentation should follow the conventions of Standard English (correct grammar, punctuation, etc.). Your writing should be well ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful. Your work should display superior content, organization, style, and mechanics. 
• You are encouraged to be creative by adding pictures and/or graphics to your PowerPoint presentation.
