The
purpose of the study is to gain a deeper understanding of the role that
compassionate leadership may play in promoting organisational wellness. Examining
the idea of compassion from a corporate perspective can be challenging.
Nonetheless, there are some signs that compassionate leadership can promote
organisational success and wellbeing over the long term and provides a
theoretical framework for the use of these behaviours.
In
addition to providing a conceptual framework for both ethical and operational
roles as well as a methodology for the application of compassion in the
workplace, the report will focus on the role and usage of compassion in the
workplace from the viewpoints of leadership and employees.
