2. Argue for your position on the topic. Convince your reader that there is a need to take action.
3. What should be done about the problem. Argue for what type of action needs to be taken.

introduction, main body that summarizes and synthesizes sources, conclusion.

Restate your research problem. Remind your reader why this problem is important. Do not begin
with: “In conclusion, or “in summary.” Include call to action of your reader. “Why should your
reader care?
V. REFLECTION (First Person POV):After your research, how has your view of people with
disabilities changed? What are some ways you can be an advocate? What overarching message
would you share with someone that did not do the research?
