– Title can be subject to change, I would just like the paper to be about how the justice system needs to better help people with mental illness. Emphasis on rehabilitation and doing everything to keep them out of jail. Can discuss instances where communities/policies successfully assisted in doing this. It’s in our best interest to rehabilitate people because of our high recidivism rates.
