Instructions:

  1. Compare the following theories of motivation:
    1. The MARS Model
    2. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs
    3. Herzberg
    4. Expectancy Theory of Motivation
    5. The Goal Setting Theory. 
  2. Explain the components of each theory and discuss practical applications.
  3. Each theory should have at least 2 slides.
    1. One slide illustrating the theory.
    2. Another slide containing information on what it can be used for in the organization.
  4. Provide a title/information slide.
  5. Provide a reference slide.
  6. Your presentation should contain at least ten (10) slides, two (2) for each theory of motivation (not including the title/information slide and reference slide).
