You have been hired as an external evaluator for a company called Dish the T Incorporated. Your job is to provide a summative assessment and evaluation, as well as plan for future formative data assessments to be completed quarterly in the coming year.

You need to decide the following:

1. What does Dish the T Inc. produce/do? 
• Chose something that is related to your future career goals; this can literally be anything! ( Which Is social Worker)
• For example – could be education (both university and K-12), counseling, research, technology, entertainment, medical, etc. 

1. What will your assessment and evaluation deliverables be?

• You have generally been hired to determine efficacy. This means – is this business effective? For example, if this company produces lace-front wigs, are production and sales at a good level, are customers satisfied, what are areas of strength and areas of weakness, etc. 
• 10 question survey that includes (you must have at least 1 of the following types of questions):
• Multiple choice questions
• Multiple choice questions with Likert type item responses
• Yes/No questions with follow-up
• Open-ended questions
• Demographic questions
• Data from 10 Respondents (you will make up data from 10 people)
• Results – descriptive and inferential 
• Best practices – what should this company do moving forward?
• Formative assessments/benchmark surveys – based on your results, you will ask a smaller sub-section of questions quarterly (4 times per year) to track progress. What questions do you want to include? Why?
• Executive summary – a 1 page summary of everything you’ve done including 1) reason for being hired, 2) survey overview,  3) sample description, 4) important results that you’d like to highlight, and 5) conclusions.
