The sixth step in developing your organization-wide coaching plan is to develop steps that address problem-solving within your organization. Please be sure to review the course materials for week six prior to completing your assignment.
Part 6 of the report should be a minimum of 3 pages of content and supporting references. In addition, please include a title and a reference page.
Review readings, lecture materials, and outside resources and consider the following in your report:
- How will you structure solution-focused problem-solving in coaching sessions for employees?
- How will you identify that a problem exists?
- How will you address problems within the coaching session?
- How can coaching lead to successful decision making and problem solution?
