This is a research proposal that should be in APA 7 format with 6 pages, not including annotations, or references. References should be within the past 6 years, however for underlying theories , it is understandable that these were established earlier than six years (i.e. Bowlby-attachment theory, relational cultural theory, job embeddeness etc.). I have attached the template with instructions below, but the final paper should be in APA 7 format.
This paper should discuss how organizational culture, DEI impacts employee attachment style and employee wellbeing. I would also like to learn whether organizational trauma or stressors arising from non-diverse, non-inclusive and/or toxic cultures may activate or trigger attachment styles/behaviors.
