For my final project, I am planning to Choose one artwork that addresses the subject of historical violence. I think I will choose any painting or visual artwork for my topic. I still haven’t decided on a specific topic for this project, but I think my project will be related to racism or any other violence, like religion. I am still deciding which text I will be using for my work. I think I am going to use “The Negro and the Warsaw Ghetto” from Du Bois. The second text I will use is “Black Skin White Masks” by Frantz Fanon. I will summarize these two texts and do an analyze the idea that is related to my topic.
