1: A Teaching Lesson Made for Me
You have been reading about ways people learn and about
learning style assessments. It is now time to explore your learning style by
completing a learning style assessment from one or more of the links below or
another one of your choosing:

Keeping in mind your results, create and describe in detail
a lesson teaching one of your work tasks suited for your specific preferred
learning style. Submit your post and then you will see your classmates’. Because
of the time involved in addressing this discussion, it is worth 10 points.

Please make a note to yourself that in your replies to
other students’ initial posts, target students who posted a lesson with a
different learning style, and make suggestions for how the assignment may be
enhanced to meet your learning style preferences. To
receive full points, this feedback needs to be substantive.)

In
your initial post, start by identifying which assessment you took, reviewing
your preferences and strengths.
3.
Then,
in at least 300 words, create a teaching lesson focused on your specific
learning style to train someone to complete one of your current or past job
duties.

would facilitate or hinder the learning process? - In your discussion
consider characteristics of the learning environment, instructor,
teaching method, types of handouts used (if any), interactions,
assessments to test your knowledge, and anything else that would be
effective for your learning of this topic. - Please also note that for
all discussion forums, waiting until late Sunday to start submitting all
discussion post replies late on Sunday night is not sufficient engagement
in class discussions.

the minimum number of peer replies. - Provide properly formatted
citations/references for all source material (see APA 7th Basics Guide and the other library resources).
No quoted or copied material should be used.
