For this assignment, you will conduct research and write a
paper about one prevalent safety issue in hospitals. Examples include but are
not limited to falls,  medication errors,  hospital-acquired infections,  wrong-site surgery,  pressure injuries,  and missed/delayed diagnosis.

At a minimum, your research and writing must cover the
