I am looking for an experienced research partner to conduct a study on the perception of care coordination among first-year nursing students in an acute care hospital setting. Specifically, the focus of this research is to understand relational coordination from the perspective of the nursing students.
The desired research methodology for this project is qualitative in nature and requires the analysis of existing literature and research. The researcher will clearly identify gap in current litature. The researcher will need to assess the existing materials for themes and patterns that will lead to an understanding of the topic. The research should also consider potential implications of the findings, as well as provide recommendations for best practices in addressing the issue.
The researcher will need to have experience conducting qualitative research and possess strong analytical skills in order to properly assess the studies and provide meaningful recommendations. Reliability and accuracy are critical for this project so a strong attention to detail is also desired. This project offers an opportunity to contribute to an interesting and important research in a complex setting. Research references must be peer-reviewed within past five years.
