Make sure your PESTLE factors and other parts of your analysis are production focused (things like GDP growth is more about sales). Do some critical thinking on things like the “skilled” labor force. And keep in mind that if you’re producing shirts then that’s not super relevant anyway. Find a partner (or potential partner) to make it a little more realistic (I think Prof. K. suggested one). Make sure it’s located where there is a Sportswear-related manufacturing cluster.
