1. General Instructions: Learners will submit a PowerPoint presentation, 9-12 content slides in length. The purpose of the project is to give learners an opportunity to discuss a key political science concept, and to show a basic understanding of academic research and reporting skills. The project consists of producing a PowerPoint presentation of 9-12 slides on the provided topic (see D2L), as well as a “references” slide for sources containing information used (cited) in the presentation. The assignment is to be formatted according to the American Psychological Association (APA) style. Students should research this style to properly format the assignment; presentations not formatted properly will not receive a passing grade. This will be one assignment receiving 2 grades – 1 for Communication and 1 for Critical Thinking.
