There are two parts to this Assignment:
- Revise the Week 4 Assignment 2 document
- integrating the feedback from your Instructor
- On the first line of the document add the CAPSTONE option:
- Doctoral Study (the traditional DBA doctoral capstone experience)
- Consulting Capstone* (requires an interview)
- Portfolio Capstone*
- NOTE: You will submit the document this week to your Instructor for a grade.
- *Limited number of spaces each term. If not selected, student will complete the traditional Doctoral Study.

Review the manuals for each option, linked from the Learning Resources, to aid in your decision. Because space is limited in the Consulting and Portfolio Capstone options, students who request, but are not selected for these options, will complete the Doctoral Study. See the Learning Resources for more information about these options, if needed.
You will also have the option to suggest three specific faculty options to serve as your committee chair. View the Available Faculty list linked from the Learning Resources. The program leadership will consider these requests, although they cannot be guaranteed. Your second committee member will be assigned by program leadership.
Complete and submit your completed DBA Committee Matching Request Form online as directed, using the information from your revised Week 4 Assignment 2 document.
Submit your revised Week 4 Assignment 2 document to your Instructor for review and grading according to the following guidelines.
