Intructions:

Part A

As part of your mandatory training in the IC or Homeland Security organization, you had to take a diversity and inclusion course which required you to examine how the agency leveraged diversity and inclusion; examine the six main analytical biases, (I have attached the six main analytical biases) and share an example where you experienced one of the biases or the IC has had that bias in its analysis.

Part B

As a part of your training, you are also required to write a brief 2 page OP-Ed, outlining the pro and cons of the use of profiling in the intelligence or law enforcement community in protection of the homeland.  After briefly examining both sides, make your case to the public why it should or shouldn’t be allowed under the law. You must take a unique stand.

Length: For both parts A & B, 2 pages each not including the title and reference page.
