Assignment 1: Case Analysis (San Francisco International Airport and Quantum Secure’s SAFE for Aviation System)

Case analyses develop your skills to think critically, identify root causes of issues facing organizations, propose solution, and defend them.
Requirement:
For this analysis you will prepare a write-up for the SAFE case. The following questions are intended to provide a backdrop for analysis. Your write-up should not answer the questions one-by-one. Rather, it should provide a synthesis of issues, critical analysis, and recommendations.
- Why is security a concern at an airport?
- Which individuals should an airport manage for security?
- Which information does a security system have to maintain?
- Which process does the security system have to handle?
- What are the risks in the current security system at SFO?
- What could be the WORST-CASE scenarios? And how likely is it?
Your case analysis must be no more than 3 pages in length, double spaces, with a 1-inch margin and 10-point font. Additional details may be found in the rubrics.
