Instructions – Answer all of the following from your assigned textbook and PPT/video/audio presentations.
1 – a) List and describe each of the seven interlinking functions of human resource management (HRM) b) Describe why HRM is important to organizations
2 – Answer Critical Thinking Question #3 at the end of chapter 1 in your assigned textbook.
3 – a) Define “strategic human resource management” b) How is strategic human resource management different from human resource management?
4 – a) How are HR strategies aligned with organizational strategies? b) List and provide one example for each of the Six Key HR Metrics c) Identify all of the Human Capital Effectiveness Measures
5- Answer Critical Thinking Question #3 at the end of chapter 2 in your assigned textbook.
