Market segmentation is just descriptive, you need to actually give data on how they are actually segmenting, what segments do they actually have and are serving. Almost none of your segmentation work is supported. (You have similar comments from me on your other assignment.)
Your brand identity is unsupported you must research this thoroughly not just describe it. (You have similar comments from me on your other assignment.)

You need to identify key challenges (5-10), this section is far too light, I think the reason you’re struggling here is that your analysis isn’t detailed enough yet, this is was a similar problem with your brand plan.
When you’ve addressed the challenge you’ll be in a much better position to make suitable recommendations that must be supported.
Remember this is report format, some for reads more like an essay.
Look at the mark allocation, you will see why I’m so concerned to see you action all of this points.
When you’ve done all this you need to create your pecha kucha presentation, what you have in the appendix seems to be mixture of slides, much of which don’t seem suitable.

The presentation lacks depth, much of the time you are just describing rather than bring a true analysis to your work.
You must use citations throughout your work, within the slides and one reference slide at the end. I can’t see any citations within your work.
Focus on the issues, rather than describing background. The speakers notes don’t really help me understand what information you are going to convey, but it does seem to be far to general.
Slide 2 needs some stats to support what you’re saying.

Slide 5 rather than show the SWOT image, I would use the space to focus more on the analysis.
Slide 6 seems to be a slide from the Doha globe rather than your own analysis.

Important note – Your lack of original work troubles me as you’re veering back into the realm of academic miscount again. For example.
Slide 15 is copied directly from https://www.slideshare.net/ArunachalamR1/industry-analysis-airline-industry, firstly, it’s not referred, secondly is from 2013, your analysis should be contemporary. Thirdly and perhaps most importantly, the analysis must be your own, this is someone else analysis of the airline industry. (I’ve said this about a lot of your work, please make your analysis your own)
Slide 16 is confusing to me, firstly this is for Levis, not the organization you are examining. Secondly, and I’ve said this a few times, you must have your own analysis. If you want to use brand prism, that’s fine, but you must build up the elements yourself, not take someone else’s. (again I’ve given this feedback in other aspects of your work)
Slide 19, does not indicate that the brand is global, for that I would use information such as brand Valuation (please note this is not Sales, but the brand valuation metrics we talked about in class). The image you are using is from https://www.businesstraveller.com/business-travel/2018/04/26/qatar-airways-celebrates-15-years-manchester-fare-promotion/, perhaps not the most suitable source, but it is 5 years out of date, keep your work contemporary.
I’ve said this a few times you need to use reputable sources in your work, IBIS world, Passport, don’t use google to search for this information. This has been a common problem with all the work you’ve shown me. I think you’re relying on google and getting theory and analysis totally wrong. Read the textbook and the library material that was demonstrated in class by Abbie and Siobhan that way you can be comfortable that your analysis is valid.
As you can see I’ve given some very similar feedback on all your work, fundamentally you don’t seem to be reading the material, applying the theories and going to the right sources for research. Please ensure you address all the comments I’ve made on all your work to ensure that you reach a passing grade for this module.
