The book review is for Maria Hinojosa’s book,  Once I was You: A Memoir of Love and Hate in a Torn America.

Note: BOOK REVIEW MUST BE WRITTEN IN THIRD PERSON. Double space, size 12 font.

5. The review should explain the relevance and significance of the book for today.

6. The review should cite examples from the book to support your observations about the book’s significance and relevance. For instance, if you argue that the book has lots of significance and/or relevance for today’s journalist, public relations professional, or advertising executive, you need to cite specific examples from the book to illustrate why you think it is significant and/or relevant.
