. What was the most surprising thing you learned so far about HIST 1301? And, why was that surprising?

My professor is very particular about how he wants things written for the history course, I have attached those directions labeled (Writing Historically Part I and Parr II)
For this specific writing, he wants us to answer the following questions

Address questions 1 then and 2.

The professor did not tell me how long it needs to be but 6 pages double space is what I think would be good enough.

He is also odd because he expects us to give ourselves a grade so somehow that needs to be included at the end of the writing.

1. What was the most surprising thing you learned so far about HIST 1301? And, why was that surprising? Use evidence from lectures, our OER textbook, and assigned readings.  One topic I thought was surprising was how the influence women actually had in history but were always in the background but you can chose what ever topic you find most interesting or surprising

2. What challenges have you encountered and how did you overcome those challenges?

I cannot say how long this essay should be because some have learned and observed more than others. So, be thorough, complete, detailed, and specific.

Don’t forget to tell me your earned grade, using evidence of course to suggest the veracity of that statement,

CIte as footnotes in accordance with CMS. Provide a Bibliography.
