I will be giving 2 different project outlines and you will have to make five of the following documents in depth: challenges, User Journey Map, Process improvement, process map and Process modeling, Using Lucid Chart or MS Visio.
Project 1: Company: Allstate Insurance
The project required developing and
implementing a Custom CRM using Salesforce framework, need for the CRM was to
create an end-to-end solution for on-boarding of commercial clients,
Underwriting and approval. Project required me to communicate with various
internal stake holders and external vendors across Canada. My responsibilities
included requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, Testing and
presenting the solutions to the business for approval. The results were
significant, with increased customer engagement, retention rates, operational
efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. The implementation of advanced
analytics tools enabled more accurate pricing models and risk assessments.

The “Investment Calculator: Web and
Mobile App” project aims to create a user-friendly web-based and mobile
app that helps users calculate potential returns on investments, including
stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. The app provides tools for analyzing various
investment options and allows users to save their portfolios securely on Amazon
Web Services (AWS) for backup and easy access from multiple devices. The user
journey map and process design include user registration, dashboard, and
investment tracking, calculating investments, saving investment plans, user
support, data security, regular backups, continuous improvement, offline
access, and account deactivation. The project team uses AWS analytics to gather
user feedback and prioritize improvements.
